Alejandro joins Indacochea & Asociados is Labor and Litigation Departments.

As part of the Labor Department, Alejandro provides legal advice to clients on issues related to the hiring of personnel and compliance with current regulations, including the review, analysis, and detection of labor and social security contingencies before audits and processes against the managing entities of short term (Health Funds) and long term (Pension Funds).

In the Litigation Department, he focuses on the representation of clients in civil processes for portfolio recovery. Also, Alejandro oriented his legal advice on the analysis of current legal provisions, to identify benefits in favor of the Firm´s clients.

For four years, Alejandro has developed knowledge, skills, and experience at Indacochea & Asociados as a legal assistant, which allows him to offer IA clients accurate and preventive legal advice.
