Alonso IndacocheaAlonso is an associate in Indacochea & Asociados since 2000, named Partner in 2014 who specializes in preventive corporate counsel thanks to his training in Corporate Law and Business Administration.

With strong emphasis on foreign affairs, he has recently gained much experience in advising Argentinean and Peruvian investors in Bolivia, where agrarian, services and trade are the main areas of work where he has served as legal counsel. Supervising financial transactions, land acquisitions, restructuring companies, extensive negotiations for buying and selling companies and designing appropriate agricultural measures have been just some of the responsibilities given by these clients.

He participates in a number of corporate restructurings, such as mergers & acquisitions, split-offs and transformations for local and foreign clientsand has an active role in incorporating companies and performing due diligences for local business clients. He also works closely with international financial institutions incorporating off shore companies, foundations, trusts and family bylaws. With vast experience in incorporating companies in Bolivia, Alonso provides counsel from a finance and tax perspective, as well as civil-commercial and banking aspects specializing in investment and acquisition of rural properties in the country as well.
