Anwar Farah heads IA´s Real Estate and Administrative Departments. Constantly praised for his extensive knowledge and experience, he has become the number one contact for clients who require legal advice and representation in all types of procedures before the municipal, departmental and national authorities.
On real estate matters, Anwar stands out for his high negotiation skills, advising clients in their investments and successfully implementing various real estate procedures such as: mergers, subdivisions, subdivision modifications, constitutions and restructuring of real estate projects for clients in the commercial, real estate, hotel and agroindustrial sectors. He also advises clients before local authorities in matters of urban development: land use, urbanization processes, construction licenses, habitability certificates, operating licenses, environmental impact studies, among others.
On administrative matters, Anwar is a key player in the development and analysis of preventive due diligences of licenses, permits and administrative authorizations before the main municipal, departmental and national authorities. Likewise, major companies in the agro-industry, food, import and export sectors have relied Anwar´s efficiency and pro-activity in leading procedures and projects linked to company and product registries before the National Service of Agricultural Health and Food Safety – SENASAG in order for companies to comply with all the permits and authorizations that the Authority requires in the three different areas: Plant Health, Animal Health and Food Safety.
