Indacochea & Asociados reinforces its practice of Litigation and Arbitration.

This is about the incorporation of Marcelo Longaric who heads the  IA Litigation and Arbitration Department.

His arrival at IA is the result of a continuous growth of the Litigation and Arbitration Department and based on the growing demand of our clients for professionals with legal skills, experience and knowledge of the litigation area, we decided to strengthen our practice incorporating to our team Mr. Marcelo Longaric.

Mr. Longaric is the principal advisor to IA clients who require analysis, advice and counsel in both judicial and civil and administrative proceedings. In parallel, he represents clients in matters related to Conflict Resolution, providing advice on legal disputes, assistance in negotiations with counterparts and judicial representation in debt restructuring,  execution of securities (i.e. promissory notes) and recovery of delinquent portfolio.

Throughout his career of over 15 years, Marcelo Longaric has served as the main legal advisor to a large number of public institutions, in addition to act as the main outsied counsel of most important banking and financial institutions leading Executive and Coactive litigation processes, in its different stages.

Marcelo Longaric has a Law Degree from the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo (UCB), a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Integration from the Faculty of Development Sciences of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA) and is currently studying a Diploma in Negotiation and Conflict Management, Conciliation and Arbitration taught at the Universidad Catolica Boliviana San Pablo (UCB).
