New members join the team of lawyers at IA to strengthen the Tax and Commercial Department.
One of the main challenges set out in 2014 by IA, was to extend and reinforce its Tax Department. We take this opportunity to announce the addition of Candys Lindsay Dorado, an outstanding expert in tax to our tax department.
With broad experience in administrative law and fiscal legal counsel, Candys Lindsay has acquired skills – for more than ten years – in the Tax Law Department of Major Taxpayers – (GRACO) being the attorney responsible for tax and judicial proceedings, as well as appeals in general. She has also been responsible for the control, verification and correction of administrative acts and the drafting of reports and notes as part of the Legal and Technical Unit of the Bolivian Tax Authority.
Candys Lindsay is a graduate in Law Social Sciences, Political and Social at the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel Rene Moreno – UAGRM. In addition she holds a Masters Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina and a Diploma in Tax Audit and Fiscal Advice, both taught by the Universidad Tecnologica of Santa Cruz – UTEPSA.
