Jeannine Lozada is a lawyer at Indacochea & Asociados concentrating her practice in Corporate and Labor Law.

Before graduating from Law School, Jeannine was a legal assistant at IA for four years, where she adquired knowledge and sufficent experience in order for her to stand out as a legal counsel in administrative processes on both corporate and labor aspects.

Jeannine counsels both national and international clients that require legal counsel in incorporations, daily management, expansions and/or liquidations of companies. She is in charge of obtaining authorizations and registries before public entities that certify and enable companies to function in the country; as well as drafting bylaws, minutes, powers of attorneys.

During her years as legal assistant and now as a lawyer, she focuses in counseling companies to comply with labor regulations to avoid economic sanctions. This is why she is in charge of labor due diligence processes thanks to her detail in processing information and pointing out posible law violations.

Jeannine graduated summa cum laude from School of Law Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA).
