On the other hand, Leonardo advises local and international Clients on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data and Metadata where he is also in charge of drafting privacy agreements and, policies according to the companies´ needs.

Additionally, Leonardo has vast experience in intellectual and industrial property, a fact that allows him to advise local and international clients, efficiently assisting in the registration processes of all kinds of intangible assets, such as: trademarks, industrial designs, commercial slogans among other distinctive signs, as well as copyright. Similarly, Leonardo advises clients regarding oppositions and trademark infringement actions.
