Alejandra Suarez is part of the corporate department and real estate department of IA focusing her practice in matters related to legal counsel for the business development of the firm’s clients.

In the area of corporate law Alejandra advises clients in all aspects necessary to comply with their legal obligations, rights and responsibilities such as: due diligence processes, planning and structuring of commercial strategies, drafting of sales and distribution contracts.  

In real estate matters, she is actively involved in each stage of her clients’ real estate investments, providing personalized advice in the acquisition, development, financing, sale and lease of real estate and real estate development projects. Alejandra’s real estate practice also includes advising clients in obtaining licenses, permits and authorizations before national and departmental authorities for the development of real estate and/or architectural projects.
