Barbra is an associate in the Tax and Corporate departments of IA.

In the corporate area, she advises local and international companies in the analysis and process of the constitution of companies, as well as in compliance with day-to-day legal obligations. Barbra also develops composes and negotiates local and international contracts adapted to the specific needs of the client to achieve the success of their transactions.

In tax matters, she provides legal advice and legal sponsorship in Tax Challenges with the resolution of appeals and hierarchical appeals, which are filed against the definitive acts of the Tax Administration and the Tax Challenge Authority (AIT). Barbra also provides legal advice to clients on planning, structuring and implementing fiscal strategies for all types of businesses,investment projects and new businesses.
