Maria Laura is part of IA’s Corporate Department where she contributes with her experience, comprehensive understanding and practical solutions for clients who need to make important decisions and need accurate legal support.

Her experience of more than 15 years allows her to actively participate in important projects of incorporation, and corporate restructuring. Skills such as analytical and creative thinking allow her to be fully qualified to carry out the main projects of mergers, transformations, acquisitions and spin-offs, capital increases and reductions, transfer of quotas, liquidation, liquidations, among others.

In the same way, she is actively involved in matters related to commercial, civil, labor contracts, registration of real estate guarantees, control and sponsorship of executive and ordinary processes, recovery of delinquent portfolio, issuance, protest and execution of bills of exchange.

In the insurance area, she is committed to obtaining and renewing the Registration and Authorization before the Supervision and Control Authority for Pensions and Insurance (APS), of foreign Insurance and Reinsurance Companies and Reinsurance Brokers so that they can operate in Bolivia. Likewise, she advises companies in the telecommunications sector to obtain and renew licenses before the Telecommunications and Transportation Regulation and Supervision Authority (ATT).
